Restoring Purchases
If you previously bought Unlock All Levels or any other non-consumable item and it is not showing up on a new device or after reinstalling the app:
- Open Lexis and go to Shop.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Progress Sync
Lexis syncs your progress (levels, streaks, stars, coins) across devices using iCloud Key-Value Storage. For sync to work:
- Be signed in to the same Apple ID on each device.
- Have iCloud Drive enabled in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
- Be connected to the internet briefly on each device so changes can upload and download.
If progress is not appearing on a new device, try opening Lexis while on Wi-Fi and give it a moment to sync.
Daily Challenge Not Appearing
The daily challenge refreshes once per day in UTC. If it looks stuck, make sure your device clock is set to network time (Settings → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically), then relaunch the app.
Sign in with Apple
Signing in with Apple is optional — you can play as a guest. Your Apple ID is only used to personalize your player name and is stored locally in the device Keychain.
To sign out or delete local account data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app.
Ads
Lexis shows banner and interstitial ads in the free version. Rewarded ads are always optional and user-initiated. To remove all ads except rewarded ones, purchase Unlock All Levels from the Shop — it unlocks every level and permanently removes banner and interstitial ads.
